Honestly speaking, Gilbert Phiri, as ACC Director, inspires confidence in me. I trust him but I will not hesitate to speak against him if he becomes political like Mary Chirwa.
I am sorry to some of my friends (if indeed they are) who have been warned and cautioned by ACC, what is wrong is wrong, if people were paid but didn’t deliver, they should pay. I don’t support corruption and crookedness.
I am honestly looking forward to seeing how this these cases go, because they have been in public domain.
Fertiliser supply has been marred with corruption but no one has been prosecuted, so let’s see how this one goes.
Honeybee has also been an issue of high public interest it is good to see it on ACC books.
I know some of my friends will not be happy to read this, but guys, some of you know how I operate, honesty and integrity is very important but most of you think we are too damn to understand your dealings.
As a public lawyer I will defend those I believe are innocent, not crooks.
