Accountability
π¨ WHO BENEFITED WHILE THE PEOPLE SUFFERED? π¨
For years, questions have been raised about politically connected businessmen, powerful networks, controversial contracts, foreign assets, offshore companies, and unexplained wealth.
Names such as Bokani Soko, Zuneid Yousuf, and other influential business figures have repeatedly surfaced in public discussions, media reports, and allegations surrounding procurement controversies, fuel contracts, international assets, and corporate structures.
These questions deserve answers.
The Zambian people deserve to know:
β Who benefited from controversial contracts?
β Who moved wealth abroad while citizens struggled at home?
β Who acquired luxury assets while hospitals lacked medicines and farmers lacked support?
β Which powerful networks operated beyond public scrutiny?
No one should be condemned without due process.
But neither should wealth, influence, or political connections place anyone beyond investigation.
If the allegations are false, let independent investigations clear those involved.
If wrongdoing occurred, let justice prevail.
Because corruption destroys nations.
It steals medicines from hospitals.
It steals opportunities from young people.
It steals hope from future generations.
πΏπ² Zambia deserves transparency.
πΏπ² Zambia deserves accountability.
πΏπ² Zambia deserves justice.
β οΈ All allegations remain subject to investigation and due process. Every person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Accountability
π¨ A CALL FOR TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATION π¨
To the Inspector General of Police, the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC), the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), the National Prosecution Authority (NPA), and all relevant law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Zambia:
A growing body of public concerns, documentary records, media reports, court documents, business registrations, and other materials have raised questions that deserve independent and professional examination.
The Zambian people are not asking for persecution.
The Zambian people are asking for the truth.
If allegations and concerns circulating in the public domain are false, let thorough investigations clear those involved.
If wrongdoing has occurred, let justice take its course without fear, favour, or political influence.
No individual should be condemned without due process.
But no businessman, politician, corporation, or powerful network should be beyond scrutiny.
Accountability
π¨ THE QUESTIONS WILL NOT GO AWAY π¨
Across court records, business registrations, international property documents, offshore structures, and corporate networks, a growing series of reports and public discussions continue to raise serious questions regarding Bokani Soko and individuals linked to his business circles.
This series of stories is not intended to replace the work of investigators or the courts.
Instead, it aims to bring together publicly available information, documentary records, and allegations that deserve independent scrutiny by law enforcement agencies and anti-corruption institutions.
Because no individual should be declared guilty without due process.
But no powerful network should be beyond investigation.
The people deserve answers.
π If the allegations are false, let the facts clear them.
π If crimes have been committed, let justice prevail.
A nation cannot prosper when:
π Public trust collapses.
π₯ Hospitals lack medicines.
β½ Citizens struggle with rising fuel prices.
πΎ Farmers lack support.
πΌ Young people remain unemployed.
While ordinary people sacrifice every day, citizens have the right to ask difficult questions about wealth, influence, offshore assets, and the movement of money.
This is bigger than personalities.
This is about:
β Transparency.
β Accountability.
β Equal application of the law.
β Protection of public resources.
β Strong institutions.
β Justice without fear or favour.
The truth should never fear investigation.
No one is above the law.
πΏπ² Zambia belongs to the people.
β DISCLAIMER:
